PRINT, RIS and WINSWW will automatically patch and reboot Wednesday, June 11, at 3:00 am.

PRINT, RIS, WINSWW Brief Outage

Microsoft will release their patches for the month on Tuesday, Nov 13th.

PRINT, RIS and WINSWW will automatically patch and reboot Wednesday, Nov 14th, at 3:00 am.

This will result in brief service outages.

Print Queue Migration

On **Monday November 5th**, all print queues will have been migrated to another server, the transition should be seamless.

Please report all print problems to IDSG as soon as possible. Functioning print queues are our priority.

Print Hardware Fix

The windows print server is having hardware problems. One of the drives in the mirror had died and needs to be replaced, I will be doing that this morning. This should happen with out interrupting the service.

Microsoft will release their patches for the month on Tuesday, Oct 9th, 2007.

HERMES, PRINT, RIS and WINSWW will be down for patching *Wednesday, Oct 10th*, from *3:00pm to 5:00pm*.

macserver.eecs.berkeley.edu, which hosts the Mac software warehouse, will be down for maintenance at this time as well.

We are testing out patch management solutions. PRINT, RIS and WINSWW will reboot again at *3am* on *Oct 11th*.
