Network Problem Report

This form is available to provide an easy mechanism for gathering structured reports of connectivity problems on IRIS maintained networks.

Please provide as much information as you’re able to gather. The more detailed you are, the easier it is for technicians to quickly begin diagnosing the symptoms. If you need help finding your hostname, MAC address, or IP address, check out the Network FAQ.

Report a Network Problem

  • Can your device see the SSID?
  • Can your device associate with the SSID?
  • Can your device authenticate (if applicable)?
