Network Border Maintenance, Mon. 8/9

During the day on Monday, Aug. 9, we will be performing maintenance on the network border between EECS and campus. No outage is expected.

We will be configuring new network paths from our border routers to campus’ aggregation routers in preparation for our upcoming firewall replacement. No outage is expected as the existing border paths will remain in place.

The bulk of this work will be performed between 11AM and 1PM.

Update 8/9 12:24: This maintenance has been completed. Please let us know at help@eecs.berkeley.edu if you notice any traffic abnormalities.
