Network traffic solely within EECS networks appears to be fine, but network traffic traveling past the EECS border to campus or beyond is incurring significant packet loss. It is unclear at this time whether the problem exists on the EECS side or the campus side.
We will update this news item with more information as it becomes available.

The problem currently appears to be at the campus level, possibly at the campus network border, though we await confirmation from campus network staff.
Network traffic between EECS hosts, between EECS and the campus Data Center, and between EECS and Research network hosts, seems to be unaffected.
