Degraded Network Performance

EECS is currently experiencing degraded network performance. Network staff are investigating. Updates will be posted here when available.

Network performance has been restored and we are no longer experiencing delays.

The incident occurred in the course of examining an issue which was noticed last week but had been suppressed. The root cause is still unknown and we will continue to investigate.
