A similar upgrade was performed in Cory Hall on November 17th with no issues.

There was an error in the original announcement for this outage. The maintenance will take place on Tuesday, December 8th at 9PM and not on December 17th as originally stated. The original post has been updated with the correct date.

The scheduled maintenance was completed and the network is now back online, although the NetApp file servers and their dependents (including the IRIS website) took longer than expected to return. We will look into the cause of the delay to be able to prevent or account for it in the future.
