Despite earlier indications to the contrary, we are still experiencing a partial network outage in Cory Hall, including large portions of the wireless network. Further diagnosis is impossible until network staff arrive onsite in the morning.

Full service was restored to Cory Hall at 7:46 this morning. It seems that after yesterday’s maintenance the forwarding tables on Cory’s main router were left in a bad state which prevented certain hosts from being reachable and from which the router was unable to self-recover. The router was rebooted and service appears to be restored.
