Cory Hall 5th Floor Switch Failure

July 18, 2014 by Derek Calderon

On Friday night, we experienced a failure of an access switch on the 5th floor of Cory Hall. This has resulted in a loss of connectivity to approximately one third of the wired devices and wireless access points on the floor. We are currently in the process of replacing the switch and should restore full connectivity by 12:30 PM.

UPDATE

[2014-07-21 12:25:08 | Derek Calderon]

The failed switch has been replaced and full wired and wireless connectivity has been restored to the fifth floor. Please contact the IRIS helpdesk at help@eecs.berkeley.edu if you continue to experience any issues.
