ATT link for BWRC

ATT fiber link would be tested. This new link will be used by BWRC wireless center. This testing will start from 9:00AM-10:00AM on March 2 (Sat). BWRC users you might experience some intermittent network issues.

BWRC is now serving with the new link from AT&T instead of old comcast link.
