September 2019 Windows Server Patching

Microsoft will release their patches for the month on Tuesday, September 10th, 2019.

PRINT, WINTERM and WDS will automatically patch and reboot Wednesday, September 11th, at 3:00 am.

WINTERM may be unavailable till 10:00 am Wednesday, September 11th, depending on additional software updates.

WINTERM remains unavailable, while patching continues. We hope to have it up and available later today.

WINTERM is up and available, but may be a bit slow to use (See https://iris.eecs.berkeley.edu/news/ongoing/active-incidents/extreme-slowness-for-some-eecs-services/ ). Further patching of WINTERM has been suspended for now; we will plan to revisit patching and rebooting of WINTERM on Friday night after 10pm.
