The Comcast fiber connection to BWRC has been repaired.

Due to unclear communication, I didn’t realize IST expected EECS staff to move fiber optic patch cables in Soda Hall to disconnect a media converter temporarily installed by IST.
This was quickly resolved once I reached campus at 8:45. The BWRC link is operational, and will be monitored throughout the morning.
As part of the move from Evans to Sutardja Dai , IST temporarily installed a multimode to singlemode converter on the 100FX link which connects Soda to Comcast to BWRC.
