Switch malfunction in Cory first floor Mezzanine

January 30, 2008 by IRIS Staff

One of the smaller switches on the first floor of Cory serving mostly the first floor Mezzanine is having serious problems and I have attempted to reboot it. If this didn’t work I will be going down to manually reboot it.

UPDATE

[2008-01-30 10:12:40 | Benedict Paolo Almeda]

Due to the severity of the switch malfunction, the switch must be completely replaced. We are currently fixing the problem, but the switch may be down for at least another 45 minutes from this post. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPDATE

[2008-01-30 11:54:23 | Kavitha Ratnam]

The bad switch on the first floor has been swapped out.
