During the scheduled maintenance window this morning, while running diagnostics, the switch went into a failure state that it could not recover from. The management module was replaced and the switch is now back up.
The reason for the diagnostics was the failure of the switch to upload it’s current config on a daily basis. As such, the most recent config was 3 weeks old. It is possible that a few ports might not be enabled if they were changed within the last 3 weeks.
Please notify networks@eecs if you encounter any ports that did not come back after 9:00a.m. this morning.
