Wireless Network Maintenance, 10/24/17

October 24, 2017 by Derek Calderon

At 9PM on Tues. 10/24 we will be patching our wireless infrastructure in response to the WPA KRACK vulnerabilities. Wireless networks will be unavailable for 10-20 minutes while the infrastructure reboots.

UPDATE

[2017-10-25 12:19:29 | Derek Calderon]

This upgrade was completed successfully and EECS wireless networks are no longer open to infrastructure-based KRACK attacks. Please note that wireless clients must still be patched to fully guard against all KRACK attacks.
