We have taken the affected switch offline for troubleshooting and have installed a replacement spare. Wireless on the 5th floor is fully online.
The issue involved PoE detection and allocation between our Brocade switch and Cisco access points. We have encountered similar issues in the past and have not yet determined the root cause for this instance. An update to this item will be posted in the event we learn anything truly interesting.
