Brief outage to numerous services, Thur Aug 20

Various IRIS Linux servers will be rebooted between 8pm and 9pm tonight to complete operating system patching. No service will be down for more than a few minutes.

Affected services include: * jabber.eecs
* www.eecs / www.cs
* iris.eecs
* lists.eecs
* wiki.eecs
* apps.eecs
* IRIS-hosted virtual web hosts

The dept webserver took 18 minutes to reboot, which was unexpected and will be investigated. All other services were down for 1-2 minutes each.
