When attempting to join a wireless network in an affected area, you may receive an error message such as “The authentication server is unresponsive.”
Service should be restored soon.

As of 10am, EECS-Secure service should be working properly in all areas now. AirBears2 and eduroam may still be experiencing authentication issues. EECS-PSK and AirBears have remained functional.

All wireless networks should now be functioning normally. A description of the issues and their resolution will be added to the original January 13th IRIS News post.
