Disruption of EECS-Secure and EECS-Guest wireless

January 5, 2015 by Lars Rohrbach

We have received reports of trouble accessing EECS-Secure and the EECS-Guest wireless networks. Staff are investigating and we hope to restore service shortly.

We encourage you to use other wireless networks in the meantime, such as EECS-PSK, AirBears, and CalVisitor.

UPDATE

[2015-01-06 23:35:32 | Lars Rohrbach]

EECS-Secure has been working since Monday, using our secondary authentication server, nps-0.eecs.berkeley.edu.

Today our network staff were able to make the primary server, etips1.eecs.berkeley.edu, once again accessible, and get the EECS-Guest network back to working order.
