The network issues have subsided for the moment. We currently believe the issue was caused by an unusual volume of traffic on the AirBears wireless network in an EECS location. This traffic may have then become caught in a switching loop in our infrastructure, exacerbating the issue. We are still examining the data for ultimate root cause and will continue to monitor the issue throughout the day. We apologize for all issues caused by the outage.
