Access to Exchange via Outlook, including connections using “RPC over HTTP”, continue to function correctly.
CUSG staff are actively working on a resolution.

Web access to the EECS Exchange server via http://owa.eecs.berkeley.edu has been repaired.
The problem stemmed from an unintentional change to the configuration of FONTUS, presumably during the patching process. With service configuration repaired on FONTUS, access via the web interface became functional once again.
