Apple now replacing laptop batteries still under AppleCare

Apple has added a new feature to its AppleCare+ warranty service. The company said it will now replace the battery on a device if its capacity, or the amount of energy it’s able to hold, falls to below 80 percent.

To check if your Apple device is still under warranty, use https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do

All Macbooks purchased through the department have Applecare for 3 years.
