Web Mail Interface to IMAP not responding once again

June 25, 2009 by IRIS Staff

The web interface to IMAP (https://webmail.eecs.berkeley.edu) stopped responding to requests. Staff have been alerted and are working on the problem.

UPDATE

[2009-06-25 17:54:08 | Fred A Archibald]

Late this afternoon, there was what appears to be a network connectivity issue on the EECS server switch that caused some intermittent outages to some EECS servers. While service appears to be restored now, staff are investigating the issue.
