AirBears Outage Soda/Cory/BWRC/HMMB/Sibley

May 21, 2009 by IRIS Staff

We have received a report from IST staff that the AirBears access manager that serves Soda, Cory, BWRC, HMMB and Sibley is currently down. IST staff are investigating the problem.

AirBears Wireless service is effectively down. We regret the inconvenience. All EECS WLANs are still up.

UPDATE

[2009-05-21 15:41:48 | Fred A Archibald]

A network configuration error on a WAN link caused a loop and all manner of issues with AirBears and EECS WLANS. The loop was removed and the issues are resolved. My sincere apologies for the problem.
