IMAP Mail is Down

April 13, 2009 by IRIS Staff

The IMAP server is down at this time with an unknown problem. IDSG staff are working to correct the problem as quickly as possible.

UPDATE

[2009-04-13 10:39:14 | Mark Kraitchman]

An unplanned outage of IMAP service occured when a mistake was made in the configuration of the host based firewall for another virtual device hosted by the same cluster hosting the back-end imap server.

A problem concerning console access to the cluster hindered correcting the firewall configuration error in a timely manner.
