IMAP Server Connectivity Problems

February 19, 2009 by IRIS Staff

IDSG is aware the imap server is experiencing intermittent connectivity problems and are working to resolve the issue.

We will keep you informed of further developments.

UPDATE

[2009-02-19 15:45:26 | Michael G Bordua]

The problems with connectivity to the IMAP server have been resolved.

The problem was that the system kernel was hung. This problem resolved itself. We have no idea what actually caused it as we were not able to get any meaningful information on why it hung.

We will keep an eye on it.

Resolved as of 2009-02-19 15:40:00
