IMAP Server Upgrade

IMAP Server Upgrade to allow a more seamless transfer to new hardware. Expected downtime is one hour.

IMAP upgrade took longer than expected. It will be reenabled as soon as the mail queue gets caught back up.

The Planned IMAP Server upgrade has completed. Migration of users to the new hardware is now possible.
