IMAP login stopped working

the IMAP Server has suddenly stopped accepting logins. IDSG is currently looking at the issue.

Web email access is currently working at:

https://imap.eecs.berkeley.edu/

connecting directly to the IMAP port from your email client is still not working, however.

The passwords for proxy authentication were corrupted and were rebuilt from scratch.
