November 17, 2014 by Rob McNicholas

The Department’s database server will be patched and rebooted Monday, November 17th at 6pm. Total downtime is expected to be less than 15 minutes. Applications that depend on this database will be down during this time. This includes our Jabber/XMPP server, jabber.eecs.berkeley.edu and our mailing list server, lists.eecs.berkeley.edu.

Mail sent to lists.eecs during this time will be held for later delivery. Delivery will be delayed but no mail will be lost.
