Department filer upgrade on 3/28 at 3pm

March 28, 2013 by IRIS Staff

At 3pm on Thursday, March 28, the department filers home, project, cluster, and inst-fs will be upgraded to a newer version of Ontap, the on-board system software. The maintenance should be non-disruptive, although some windows mounts may need to be re-mounted.

UPDATE

[2013-03-28 16:45:57 | Edward Karuna]

The filers have complete the maintenance and have been updated to the latest system software version. Service should have resumed gracefully on most systems. Windows mounts may need to be reconnected.
