Storage Problems

February 12, 2010 by IRIS Staff

We are currently experiencing issues with IMAP, Home, and Project Storage. Staff are currently working on resolving the issue. News will be posted when services are restored.

There has been an outage on project and IMAP server earlier today. While the service has been restored, we are continuing to monitor it and investigate the root cause. Depending on the vendor recommendations, we may have to schedule additional work on a relatively short notice.

UPDATE

[2010-02-13 16:59:57 | Fred A Archibald]

All services are currently back up except the EECS Web server. There could be other disruptions today while the troubleshooting work continues.
