New IRIS Website Feature: Incident Reporting

Tonight’s update to the news publishing application introduced a new feature to the IRIS website: *Incident Reporting*.

News posts regarding incidents affecting the services IRIS offers will now include both a color and an icon to distinguish their severity. Important incidents will be yellow while critical ones get red.

A green tick mark indicates an incident has been resolved, so you’ll be able to tell, at-a-glance, when maintenance has been completed or a problem solved.

We hope this feature will help you stay informed about the services you depend on.
