IRIS Website and lists.eecs Will Be Unavailable Briefly on Thursday, Mar 8, 2007 Due to Patching

March 6, 2007 by IRIS Staff

The IRIS website and the IRIS list server (lists.eecs) will be unavailable from 12:00p.m. to 12:30p.m. on March 8, 2007 due to operating system patching.

UPDATE

[2007-03-08 12:33:50 | Emrys Ingersoll, IMG]

My apologies for not announcing that bringing down lists.eecs would also affect Jabber functionality. The Jabber server and lists.eecs are currently one and the same and I forgot to mention this in my original announcement about lists.eecs downtime.

Jabber service has been restored.

UPDATE

[2007-03-08 12:27:00 | Emrys Ingersoll, IMG]

As of 12:25p.m. both the IRIS website and lists.eecs are back online.
