IDSG services shutdown on Thursday

March 28, 2006 by IRIS Staff

Most of the IDSG-supported services, which includes Active Directory (EECS domain), DNS, and the network connection to campus, will be shut down on Thursday, March 30th, between 7:00 and 8:30 AM. This will be coinciding with the network upgrade in Soda Hall. In particular, this will affect fileservers coeus and project, as well as the IMAP server.

UPDATE

[2006-03-28 14:36:18 | Rob McNicholas]

Due to this power work, the department websites (www.eecs.berkeley.edu, www.cs.berkeley.edu and all the hosted project websites) will also be down, as will the IRIS website, iris.eecs.berkeley.edu.
