gateway.EECS.Berkeley.EDU no longer supports SSL v3

The configuration on gateway.EECS.Berkeley.EDU
was updated (October 19, 2014) to no longer allow
usage of the SSL v3.0 protocol for authenticated
outging smtp service.

If you experience issues using gateway.EECS.Berkeley.EDU
for outging smtp service, please contact the IRIS Helpesk
(help@eecs, 395 Cory M-F 9:30am-5pm, 642-7777) for assistance
