LDAP Service Restored

We are still having issues with the new server setup, so the deployment of the new servers is delayed for the time-being.

UPDATE

New ldap servers have been deployed to replace the old ldap servers. ldap.eecs had become corrupted and was not working.

The new infrastucture has been deployed on the latest version of the servers and on more robust hardware.
