The Unsupported Section of the FAQ is for questions and some answers provided by the EECS community. These programs and suggestions are not officially supported by the EECS department. Please do not expect technical support from EECS Computing on these unsupported issues.

As per other non-supported services (e.g., home ISP connections), we will post useful information that we gather, but will be unable to provide individual support.
