Delay in email

IDSG is aware of a delay in some email processing. Work is on going to resolve this issue. We will keep this posting updated as we know more.

We are aware of the continued delay in some email processing. Barracuda, our spam appliances provider, has verified the bug and they are working on a fix. Outgoing mail via gateway.eecs is less delayed. Web mail and mailing lists remain slow.
