EECS Network Border Outage 3/8/18

We experienced yet another border outage this morning between 11:13 and 11:57. It has stabilized but we will keep this news item open while we continue to investigate, as additional lesser outages are still possible.

UPDATE

The network was stabilized just before noon and we are continuing to monitor.

This issue did turn out to be related to the previous issues and we are working with sysadmins at the vulnerable research center to increase their security posture.
