If a loss of connectivity occurs, we expect it will likely last less than five minutes. In this event, the following traffic paths would be interrupted:
* EECS to campus networks
* EECS to Internet
* EECS to Millennium research
The following will not be affected:
* Traffic within EECS networks
* Millennium research connectivity to campus/Internet
* Science DMZ
* Private networks in the EECS DMZ (CESR, DETER)
“EECS” in this case refers to all wired and wireless production nets, all server and machine rooms, and all private networks not otherwise mentioned above.
