Mailing List Server emergency reboot

June 3, 2015 by Rob McNicholas

The Department mailing list server lists.eecs.berkeley.edu will be restarted at 10:15am. There is a new kernel available which should resolve an problem that is currently occurring. We expect service to resume by 10:30 or 10:45 at the latest.

UPDATE

[2015-06-03 11:10:49 | Rob McNicholas]

The reboot took longer than expected due to some disk errors, but the mailing list server is back in service as of 11:08am.

Resolved as of 2015-06-03 11:09:00
