Switch failure on SDH 4th Floor

Early on Sunday morning, there was a switch failure in the Nanofabrication Laboratory in Sutardja Dai Hall which has resulted in a partial loss of wired connectivity in the Nanolab. Network staff will be arriving shortly with a replacement switch and restoration of full connectivity is expected by 1PM.

UPDATE

The failed switch was replaced with a new device and full connectivity has been restored to the Nanofab Lab. The failed device will be inspected and returned to the vendor for replacement.
