Network outage in NanoLab

December 4, 2013 by Derek Calderon

The switch in slot 2 of citsum6M81 in the NanoLab on the 6th floor of Sutardja Dai Hall has failed. As a result, some wired networking services on the 5th and 6th floors are likely impaired. Network staff are currently preparing a replacement switch and intend to have the outage resolved early this evening. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this outage.

UPDATE

[2013-12-04 17:59:07 | Derek Calderon]

We have replaced the failed slot in citsum6M81 and the NanoLab network is now fully functional.

Resolved as of 2013-12-04 17:58:00
