Department website maintenance, Sep 1, 10pm

September 1, 2011 by Rob McNicholas

The Department website (www.eecs/www.cs and all hosted virtual hosts) will be down briefly on September 1, 2011 at 10pm for a software upgrade. Apache will be upgraded to version 2.2.20, which fixes a critical issue. See [the original announcement in the Apache mailing list archives](https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/httpd-announce/201108.mbox/browser) for details.

Total downtime should be less than 15 minutes.
