Earlier this evening, we were successful in restoring NFS access to departmental home directories. Project spaces were largely available via NFS beginning this past Saturday, September 5. For CIFS access (such as by Windows and MacOS clients), we have a path forward and are working with the campus Windows Team.
With NFS working, department-hosted webservice is mostly back to normal, although some of our custom back-end servers are still being configured and tested.
Mail service, including lists.eecs.berkeley.edu and email forwarding, will be one of our next top priorities.
login.eecs will be ready for general access soon (aiming for sometime Thu Sep 10).
